No, but your phone will vibrate if you have it set to vibrate for an incoming call. It is the same level as your call setting.

System settings>>>Sound>>>Scroll to bottom>>>Emergency tone>>> Choose Off/Alert/Vibrate... I keep mine on off... Rather have silent alerts..
