NYC networks upgrade today???

Wats up AC !!!! Dont know if I'm the only one but my data connection has been on and off today ... like having no service to having crazy 3g speeds that average from 3000 KB/s - 5000 KB/s that last for like 2 minutes . I know sprint is doin updates and I hope it gets better . I'm in Jamaica queens btw ... anyone else in NYC having the same ???
