I can confirm that. Locked on AT&T and turned on my phone and see it was already downloaded and am rebooting to install an update now.

On the locked AT&T users... did you get a message like the one below?? It mentioned moving my Sim position to whatever position to make use of higher performance. I couldn't write it down but wonder if this really will improve performance somewhere... 5G??

Havent seen any mention what this performance benefit is suppose to be. Maybe will try some speed tests around town or near towers.

My phone, in the "About Phone" section, now shows an eSim with a number, where I don't believe it did before the Update! (I could be wrong, but I don't ever remember noticing it before) - AT&T Locked!
