Odd behavior with Nova

When I got up this morning I turned on my Wi-Fi, sync and data. My Nova screen looked as though I had just converted it to nova from stock, with the icons very small and not setup as they were before. Any idea why this may have occurred? I restarted the phone and the same thing.

I didn't backup nova so I'd just have to resize and move my stuff around again but that's really odd.

I did locate an older June back up so went to that. Only had to change the icon type-size and most favorites were in place

I would love to figure out why Nova won't change the style of Google search bar. I have tried repeatedly, but it refuses to do so and stays the standard long shape.

I have Nova Prime, so I shouldn't have any restrictions. Do I need to give Nova some other permission somewhere? I gave permission to any prompts which came up while installing and setting up on my S8+

You should be able to resize it just by pressing on it and selecting resize. As for it not changing the type, I'm not sure why

Yes, my wife is a cancer patient(remission thanks God) we never got kids. Little Tequila was our baby girl.

Hard to tell... but it could be a list of stuff... if Nova updated, maybe a new feature caused some kind of corruption in Nova's settings db. That shot does look like the stock icon size and style settings.

It's software. Stuff breaks.
