Okay, so...I have a super weird issue with my Note 9. I'm hoping someone can help. I have a G Suite Basic account and a paid G Suite account. The paid one works perfectly. I can add the Basic one to my work S8 just fine, it's on my Nexus 7 fine, it was on my Note 8 fine. But now when I add it to my Note 9, it will only show up in GMail, but in GMail, my icon just shows as a generic silhouette icon and my name doesn't appear below the email address in the drop-down list like it does for the Paid account.

If I go to any other Google apps (maps, drive, docs, etc), it doesn't even appear in the list. Has anyone else seen this? I really don't want to factory reset, but....I will if i have to. It's really annoying.

Logout and back in. Settings: Google Accounts
Uninstall any or all G Suite apps
Go into Google Settings and look for any preference settings...

Less likely...
Clear app Storage cache / abd sledge hammer approach by deleting an app data cache

Before doing factory reset wipe the cache partition.

I don't have G Suite so just general troubleshooting.
Google search turned up anything?

I'm experiencing the same exact issue. I add my g suite account using the Google icon in settings under apps, when I load Google Keep or Google admin for example, the account isn't there, only regular Gmail accounts show up.

I've Uninstalled, reinstalled, removed and re-added accounts, cleared data and cache, restarted, reset, nothing changes
