Odd lock screen issue

Here lately the quick setting toggle panel will randomly appear on my lock screen.(drop down settings in notification panel) The only way to get it to disappear is to hit the power button , then reactivate the lock screen again. Any way to fix this?

Have you tried Safe Mode? I had one or two similar odd effects, though not exactly yours, when using a third-party launcher on my G3, even after returning to the stock launcher. Force stopping the other launcher fixed it....I did not wish to uninstall.

I am completely stock, so its not a launcher issue. At least not third party.
