I've noticed in the last month or so that every time my Galaxy Note 2 goes to 'sleep' (as in: when I haven't touched the screen for a few minutes) then the next time I 'unlock' the screen with my passcode, the Chrome browser is always open to the last page I was on or rather open with the link to the last page I was on in the address bar but the browser idling and apparently doing nothing. This in new behavior that I haven't seen in the last year and occurs even if there are no applications are open (whatever that means in the Android universe) or running.
Anyone have any suggestions?
