Odd Scratches on Screen

I've been dealing with strange marks on my 6P's screen. As you can see in my pic, there are a lot of tiny metallic (shiny silver) marks. I can't feel them with my fingernail. Are these scratches in the coating or something else?

The linear marks sure look like little scratches. Have you already tried cleaning the screen with a good microfiber cloth and some screen-cleaning solution?

I've tried that without success.
