Odin Crashes Every Time I Click Start! What is going on?

Odin Crashes Every Time I Click "Start"

I'm running Windows 8.1, just downloaded the latest Odin (3.10.6), and just got a brand new T-Mobile Galaxy S6. I turn the phone on in download mode, attach it to the computer, start Odin, select the TAR file of TWRP (using the AP entry), and click Start in Odin. Every time, it crashes (Odin downloader has stopped working).

What's going on?
