Odin not detecting S4 mini

[AC Question]

I am trying to get my phone (S4 mini i9195) out of boot loop. Wiping cache didn't work so I'm trying to use Odin to download stock firmware on my phone.

I've downloaded v3.11.1 but it is not detecting the phone or any firmware. I've also done the debrick (which got it out of hard brick to bootloop), downloaded Kies, Samsung usb drive and the s4 uk firmware. Do I need to use an older version of Odin since the phone is old?
