oero update, sprint omadm "checking device status"

I cannot get this message to go away. Tried restarting, updating profile....etc. Anyone know?

Try ##72786 # that will reboot your phone and re-activate your phone with Sprint. That should resolve the issue. I recommend be connected to a strong, secure and reliable Wi-Fi or at least 5 bars of LTE Sprint.
 
If you're not actually on Sprint, isn't there an additional file to flash. Is this an official OTA?
 
So I cleared the system cache and then I lost internet .....did a full factory reset and now it works fine, message gone.
