I still haven't been able to find a solution to the following problem: how to increase AND MAINTAIN, as default, font size in OfficeSuite?

But is that "set default" option something that you want for the OfficeSuite app, or is it a system setting that you want applied to the app?

Any new document, have a "default" font size that can be changed; but this change cannot (I can't) be set as default.
The default size is, if I can remember, 11pt that is too small. I can set 24 let say, as default. And I can't.

So it sounds like you're talking about a feature within the app. That's still something that's worth contacting the developer about through their support page.

The solution that is given on the support page, I can't apply. After doing what they indicate, the "set as default" button does not appear.

Support response: "The "Set as default" option is currently not available in the app. However, we’ve shared your suggestion with our Product team for consideration in future updates"
They could update the FAQ. After all, they're meant to help/clarify.
