Wow, what an amazing ROM. Coming from Myn, this looks like full Gingerbread AOSP to me... is it? Blown away by the speed and smoothness.

Yes it is. There are some customizations but it is mostly AOSP.

When you say gps is working do you mean Google navigation, or any navigation software?

I went to both those links but really didn't see anything that told what that Kernel does

Still stunned at this ROM. Mostly stunned why people use anything else, since it's off the charts faster than anything I've tried.

I'm going to try #24. I didn't get the awesome battery life I did yesterday with #22. I think they left something out. something small, tiny, I think, I dont know, I do, whatever. I'll report back tomorrow.

I personally wipe cache & davik only but others have reported no problems just flashing over existing rom. No need to wipe data for sure.

on build 23.. GPS was still funky so I did the flash back to a sense rom and used my MSL code and everything is proper now when it comes to nav..

BUT.. for some reason when i try to send a text over 160 characters (using handcent mind you) it never goes through, and I get an "unable to send".. this didn't happen to me on build 18.

Update on #24!! ..already?? ..yeah I'm bored. \Happy to report it's smooth as butter. so far, who knows tomorrow, I'm bored.. battery test tomorrow. GPS still good, Wi-Fi good...

It has HAVS = hyper active voltage scaling. Undervolts your phones power draw and saves batter, its 2.6.37 instead of .35 like the stock kernel which means a host of fixes/improvements, it has BFS or CFS and it also has SBC if your into that.

What all this means is you get great battery. i went 18 hours with moderate use and i still have 38% left.

Sorry for not prowling the forum for this. I am freezing! Texas is not used to cold weather and we always go from HOT to FREEZING in a minute! A quick fix would help as I am not getting ANY heat in my office right now!

Texas is freezing... I'm on build 24, and it's pretty legit. Gonna try the gps fix in a minute.

This is actually good news for me... I don't want FB crap appearing anywhere other than in the Facebook app. Don't care to be reminded of birthdays of people I haven't seen for 30 years.

Good luck with that, though.
