I Cant get Cm7-27 to download
Iv'e been trying download from the teamdouche mirror and when its done it says download failed.
When it is downloading it seems a little faster then other nightlies , but when it's done download failed. I also tried to download cm7 wimax but still get download failed when its done. I dont have a micro usb cable or else I would use my computer.

It's tricky.. I've never been able to get it to work with any of the cm7 builds.. I tried to flash it, do a fresh apk install, bring it back with titanium backup and none of it worked...
i just switched over to google voice for my voicemail service now and I love it. Don't know why I took so long to switch.. able to read my voicemails now as well as listen to them on my laptop and I dont get that pesky text from "9016" every time I got a voice mail (when i used sprint visual voicemail on cm6)
Set up GV and am in total agreement....'what took me so long?'! Thanks for the info!
Is it me or is build 30 going hella slow? Mine is usually done in under 10 minutes and it doesn't even seem to want to download tonight.
I'm running build 28 and decided to install more apps because I am having zero issues at this point.
Of course then I find my first issue. Luckily it is not a major issue. I have installed Tango and it is not showing any Tango contacts. It shows all contacts, but when filtered down to Tango contacts I get the message about seeing contacts when my friends have installed Tango. I have 11 friends who have installed it and I can see them on CM 6.1.2, but no luck on 7 (#28).
Anyone else seeing this?

What's the change on #30?
Saw that there was a plus or minus 2mb size difference.
Hope ya'll are doing good.
Been dealing with the ever-changing Texas weather.
Last flash I did was on the alpha wimax cm7. Have the 004 and had to keep kernal 35 to even get rid of the bootloop. Worked fine until tethering. I guess 4g working is one thing and 4g tethering is another! ( i know it is lol. In fact I give mad props for these guys to even be able to develop with wimax,)
I might give 30 a run but again just wanted to see if any of the reg guys had an answer. I have to do something since after the Sprint announcement I don't have anything relatively soon to look forward to!

Anyone know if a CM7 RC version is on the horizon? Any one willing to ball park? hah.. Do you think wimax will be a part of the first RC version?

Thanks for the heads up about #30!
From what I understand it's all about the kernel (wimax development) and the alpha build that team win are working on was just released because sooo many people are interested in running a gingerbread w/ wimax on EVO. Is it just me or does it seem like Google might be abandoning 2.3 for this "ice cream" I hear about? Seems like it's (gingerbread) a little slow to be showing up on anyone's phone period. I know this isn't the place for general discussion but I was kinda surprised (let alone furious, confused
, sad:'(, a little hungry:-! etc.. about the announcement in broader terms) that the ECHO is going to run froyo. Right? Do these carriers just not get it, or is Google looking more at the cloud and seamless unification of devices(honeycomb)?
Either way the sdk honeycomb preview and the android event video is Very interesting. Trying to get a nook colour as we speak!

Yeah, the kernel controls the phones hardware including the 4g radio. The rom is modified too.
2.3, IMO isn't that much greater than froyo. Its more like the jump from android 2.0 too 2.1. But, the echo is a piece of junk I agree lol.
