I can't get rid of the voicemail icon or the top of my notification bar,even after i checked it,is this some kind of bug in CM7?

It's a bug. I don't have my Evo with me, so I can't remember where, but there's a setting to disable it. Otherwise, you can clear it, but it'll pop back upon from time to to.

angry birds rio wasnt working earlier today. restart did it though. any one have that problem? well not really a problem. ---

I downloaded it last night and played for about 5 minutes without any issues. On Nightly #28.

I have also noticed the screen staying black when power button is pressed. This does appear to have been solved by release 29. No doubt, I am loving CM7.

I'm having some problems with wireless tethering over Wimax on CM7-RC2. Anyone else having issues? Also, I was gonna try out the nightlies. Do I flash the same way I would any other ROM or do I flash right over RC2? Might be a dumb question but I'm a little green to all this.

Just clear chache/dalvik-cache and flash over RC2 and it'll keep all your data/settings.

I haven't played it in awhile but, yes, it worked with Gameboid last time I checked. You do have to go in and configure the controls to get it to work. The Wiimote is seen as a keyboard and the buttons on the controller map to buttons on the keyboard so using it as it comes will NOT work.

I did that and it controls some things but when an actual game is playing it doesn't control anything

Does anyone know of any major features that are supposed to show up in CM7 that haven't? Otherwise, looks like it's almost done.

#30 is so freaking awesome!! Yeah I think CM7 is almost done. We still need 720 video record. I'm so grateful to have experienced this awesome rom from way back when the nigjties began for cm7. Been flashing daily since lol. When you think it can't get any better, wow just keeps surprising me. Thank you Cm7 team! .hehehe..
