Haven't had my phone out of the case since getting it and there is scratches on the Chamfers, and it's an official Samsung Case. Can I get a new one out of them?

Apparently you haven't dealt with Samsung ever. The only answer you will get from them is the computer generated answer they give you, send it in. They want everything to be sent in.

And very doubtful they will replace phone for that.

If u get the Samsung protection plus do they send u a loaner when they ask u too send yours in?

This is happening with pretty much all cases. It is because of the chamferred edges. Debris is getting down into the case and scratching the polished edges.

All cases will likely scratch your phone if you live in an area that has sandy soil. Not a matter of if but when.

I have the same case and no scratches thus far aside from the ones around the micro usb port that I noticed prior to putting this case on.

The scratching has nothing to do with the case and everything to do with small particles getting trapped between case and phone.

All you have to do is fart near the Note 4 and the thin plated edges will scratch. :p

That can't be universally true. I fart all the time and have not noticed any damage to the phone. In fact, I carry my Note 4 in my back pocket so it is very definitely considered an aggressive testing environment. I will, as a decent person who desires to keep you updated, continue long-term testing.
