Offline dictionary?

Does anyone know a good and small offline English-English dictionary? When I search Play, I find only those, which require internet connection.

Download ColorDict Dictionary. My brother has been using this for months and I also installed it yesterday. The best one in size and features.

Well there are few of them that I have tried.

First is very small offline dictionary English Dictionary – Offline

Second one is my favorite Dictionary - WordWeb

Last is one is good for multi language and it's called Offline dictionaries, size varies on the pack you install.

I would suggest Lexpanse dictionary.
The problem is that most offline dictionaries are English-English. Undoubtedly English is the lingua franca of the contemporary world, but we cannot assume that all speakers of English are so advanced as to use English-English dictionaries only.
Lexpanse offers offline dictionaries of English with several dozens of other languages.
Besides it has a vocabulary learning module and English-English dictionary as well.
