"OK google" command does not unlock phone

When I first got the assistant I could say OK google and the phone would unlock but all of the sudden it just goes to the pin screen. Any idea of how to fix this?

Have you checked to see if Google is added as a Trusted Voice to unlock the device?

Try deleting and retraining your voice model.
