OK Google detection is grayed out, Galaxy S7. How can I fix this?

OK Google detection is grayed out, Galaxy s7

I'm logged into Google, language is set to English but when I go to Voice the OK Google detection option is greyed out. I've gone through every option that I can find or think of and I'm getting nothing.
