OK Google Now lady speaks when phone is in my pocket

It started a few weeks ago but the phone seems to hear something and triggers on. Depends on the location but usually when there are other ambient noises around. It's happened in restaurants and coffee shops. Others have this problem?

Retrain it again for your voice. Make sure you are in a silent room. When you originally set it up, it probably detected a sound(s) and its causing it to activate when you don't want it to. The silent room is very important.

I recorded it in the bathroom, pretty quiet without any outside noise but I will try again and see if this gets resolved.

Most bathrooms have a little echo/reverb. I train mine in my wife's closet with a quilt over my head.
