Ok Google Voice Prompt

Basically it's not working. I set it up, & I've researched on why it's not working even with the screen on. A few articles mention S Voice but I can't find where to disable it.

I don't think Google now is working at all. I've had this screen for three days.

I notice my ok Google wasn't working today so I clear the cache and its now working
