I got a new s10+ unlocked, verizon. I don't get the ding or beep when you say "ok or hey Google" it's very frustrating when your so use to using it daily & in the car... I've done everything with this phone to remedy it.... Samsung says Google knows of this problem. I haven't seen any comments to the contrary.....

Maybe it's an issue with the unlocked version? I have a s10+ on from T-Mobile and it works fine, even with the phone locked.

Yep, works just like it did with my pixel. Phone is locked, only security is fingerprint and pin, I swipe up to confirm it is locked and then say ok Google, pops right up.

I have no security set up and my us verizon locked does not work. However mine is s10e 8/256

My unlocked s9+ didnt work either but my tmobile s10+ works fine.

Got mine working, always works with bt, so unpaired the bt or just shut bt off on drop down and it works fine.

Yep, you're right. It even works from locked screen.

Thanks everyone, the phone still doesn't do anything soundwise when ok or hey Google is said... I can't figure this out....

Try removing any kind of protection, just leave the scroll to unlock the screen and then try it. It won't work on some phones if the screen can't be unlocked without protection.
