Ok, I got ICS - now how do I use it

What do you mean by file folder? As far as facial recognition you can set up by going to settings, security, facial recognition.

File Folder = away to group like apps together in a folder.

Settings=>Security does not have an option for facial recognition

To create a folder simply long press and drag the app over another app you'd like to be in the same folder. You can then rename the folder and rearrange the apps in the folder and add other apps to the folder by repeating the process.

I have read on other forums that facial recognition was mia.

If you are talking about face unlock, I don't think it works on the Xoom or any tablet for that matter.

The 3 dots usually means more options. It functions like the menu key in Gingerbread. Only problem is its not always in the same spot. It's usually in the bottom or top right corner.
