ok im stymied by my phone??

My lg optimus 3d. I posted but no replies?? Really need help. will not connect to wifi. Im on suspended service. I was using wifi for 3 weeks just fine connecting to any open wifi signal. one day it just stopped working. It said connected full bars but absolutely no wifi access. I did multiple soft reboots. Nothing so i went to my cell dealer. it connected to his secure wifi password hotspot with full service. I left still no conection anywhere. safeway, library nothing. Still reading full connection but no service. Until i agreed to their little sign in page then voila full access (safeway, and library) . At home no service. Ive been connected to my neighbours linksy for like year. still reading connected but no service. I did factory reset. It did nothing. still same exact issues. I signed in to my roomates Telus wifi with the password. It just tries to authenticate then disables ove and over. it just goes to linksy and connects but no access. I went back to cell store it connected and had access with password wifi. Clerk assured me my wifi was fine as it worked there. Its not fine. I cannot use it anywhere near my house I reset telus router, even unplugged it. still same issue. Router however is being used by like 5 items. 3 laptops, xbox, and like 3 cell phones. my cell only thing not working even with password. Im far from tech savy but my wifi is set to never sleep. Its also wap etc secured. Can anyone help me?? I will be back data enabled as soon as i pay balance of bill. untill then Id love to have this issue sorted out. phone year and half old. Please please anybody help me. Very very frustrated. I belive it seems like simple thing im overlooking??? HHHHeeeeellllllpppppp!!!!!!!

P.S. my phone is model 925g Optimus 3d year and half old nonrooted on 2.2.2.
