Android Central Question

Settings on my phone has been changed and I can't change them back. Apps get downloaded all the time and I can't Uninstall , nor can I stop them.
Facebook and email accounts have been taken over by changing my passwords and phone numbers. Google says that I can't prove they are mine but yet I do not believe its Google responding because I lays get email saying message not sent. Money has been taken from bank account while I was at the checkout.
There are apps in phone showing that PC is remotely controlling my phone. Also sharing my data and all. Nearby share and Bluetooth And near field communications I cannot shut off. I have a phone. Just 1 phone and nothing else. But yet I reckon it shows I am using all kinds of devices and while I am sleeping, my data says I used anywhere between 1 and 3 Gigabytes, REALLY.??? I need help. Apps have been reconfigured and some can make, reroute, stop incoming and outgoing phone calls. Also read, rewrite, reroute, and stop emails and messages all without my knowledge. Also the apps can make multi-line phone calls. Any calls. Send and receive any mail. Message .events. and all without my confirmation

Step one is handle your bank, in person if you have to and factory reset (or skeet shooting and buy a new one) that phone. If you keep using that phone as-is you'll never get out from under this. Turn it off at least until you get to your phone carrier and they can help with the reset if you need help.

Welcome to Android Central! If someone actually took over your Google account and changed your password, you were probably not maximizing your Google account security (i.e., using 2-step authentication). If you have a simple or easy-to-guess password (or if you're not careful with your passwords and let other people know what they are), and if you don't use 2-step authentication, then it can be pretty easy for anyone to take over your Google account. There's not much we can do about that -- you'd have to take that up with Google.

What settings are getting changed on your phone? Have you tried booting your phone into Safe Mode?

As belodion mentioned, you're better off bringing all of your evidence to the police. Don't futz around with us. Good luck!
