okay, this has been bugging me for awhile

when I'm looking at Themes for the Theme Chooser, they say sometimes that it's for "HDPI only" what do terms like HDPI, MDPI, and LDPI mean? And which one is the OV?

HDPI is for high resolution displays, MDPI is medium, for the OV. LDPI is for low resolution devices.
