Old razor maxx

My old razer Maxx has been laying around for about the past 5 years or so.
Is it worth keeping for a backup phone if I would break my current phone?
Would it be worth trying to sell?
I have no other use for it as far as using it for MP3 player or anything like that.

You'd only be able to use it on Verizon, unless you got it unlocked from them. I think it's old enough that it came before Verizon's announcement that all of their 4G phones were unlocked. I see some Razr Maxx's on eBay being offered for about $50-60, so it might be worth selling if it's in good condition.
