Old Sense app draw?

I was just wondering, does anyone know if there is a way to set the app draw on the EVO LTE to the old vertical style Sense draw thought the stock OS? I don't want to root my phone or use a launcher, but I kind of preffer the vertical app draw instead and didn't notice anything in the menues.
