Android Central Question

Hello, i recently acquired an old android tablet and grew grey hairs trying to work on it.
It is a « myne » tablet with intel student specific software,
It’s running android 4.1 and i literally cannot do anything with it.
Obviously the version of android is outdated and every time i try to update it from the settings it says connection timed out.
It appearantly has no sd card slot and connecting it to computer only charges it.
Trying to send apks to it through bluetooth will fail with a « unsupported file type »
Error
None of the browsers work
Ive tried 3 browsers none of them load any webpages.
Google play manages to download one app before updating and not working anymore , forcing me to uninstall updates everytime i want to install an app, which most of them don’t work because of how old the version of android is.
Im really at a loss here,
Someone plz help me? How can i update the system software without using the settings app or needing a computer?

Pretty much SOL. I checked XDA and they had no development for it since it is made for educational purposes. Not worth getting gray hairs over it. Outdated devices aren't worth trying to resuscitate.

I just created an account, the model number id AQ710A

And the only reason im trying to resuscitate it is because it doubles as a drawing tablet (it has a built in pressure sensitive stylus and palm cancellation for drawing)

It has built in drawing programs , but being able to update it and use a newer and more professional drawing program is my goal

There is no available firmware for that device. I just found a 7 year old post from someone looking for it. There was more info such as it is not Root able. Just accept it with its limitations

You may want to consider the Acer Chromebook Tab 10, which has stylus support. It's currently available on Acer's factory recertified storefront for $159: https://acerrecertified.com/acer-ch...-a53-4gb-ram-32gb-flash-chrome-os-d651n-k9wt/. I have one, and it's significantly better than all of the initial reviews would suggest, partly because various Chrome OS updates since the device's release have ironed out a lot of the bugs in Chrome OS's tablet interface. Concepts is a nice sketching app that you get for free as part of Chromebook Offers, and it also comes with a more basic sketching app from Google called Canvas. (The tablet comes with its own WACOM stylus.)

That's a good deal
