On 2nd EPIC, time without Signal is 50%

I am almost sure I didn't have this issue before, but I have had wifi on all day and my time without signal is 50% and I cant find what I read on here to be the cause or fix for it or is it a bad phone? Can someone help please

toggle airplane mode on then off after you power the phone up. It's not the wifi that it's looking at, but one of the radio's is trying to find a gsm connection (I think that's the exact reasoning, don't quote me on the gsm part)

It's not fixed as far as I know.
