On Device Encryption?

Anyone heard anything about enterprise friendly features like device encryption, enhanced exchange functionality, etc? I'm looking for a dual use phone because I hate carrying two. I've been excited about this phone for a while and can't wait to try it out, but appeasing the security team would be nice too.
