On galaxy tab 4 notificational panel not working

When I try to start notificational bar it doesn't work and it all happen suddenly after installing kids mode

Hi. I'm having the same problem. It happens after kids mode is installed. I've even tried removing kids mode in safe mode bit nothing works short of a factory reset. It seems to be a problem with kids mode itself. Which stinks because that's why I got this tablet. Another problem I noticed that seems to be related is that kids mode doesn't work properly. If you press the home key it takes you to the main home screen as opposed to the kids mode home screen. Which sort of defeats the point of it.
Are there any fixes for this yet? I have the latest updates. This is just really frustrating. I did probably my 10th factory reset.

Welcome to Android Central! If you keep having problem with Samsung's Kids Mode, try Kids Place instead, which is what I use.
