On my Asus Z2, when my phone's screen is locked and I get a call why don't I see them?

in my asus z2 when phone's screen is lock then when come any call then don't see call screen.

in my asus z2 when phone's screen is lock then when come any call then don't see call screen.after opening the lock i see call screen.it's problem or function?pls told me.

Welcome to Android Central! If you receive a call, you shouldn't see a lockscreen--you should see the phone's answer screen, that allows you to answer or reject the call. You don't see that?

Possibly the settings need to be changed? Please check if Apps/Settings/Sound & Notification/Notification-When device is locked/Don't show notifications at all --> change to Show all notification content.
