On my HTC One M8 the is OS Installed and boot loop my phone is now booting the Google logo, why?

[HELP] HTC One M8 No OS Installed and boot loop

I installed the GPE rom on my phone and it worked perfectly fine, then i tried reverting it to venom one m8 and everything went downhill. I had TWRP and installed venom from there but it would always fail. It used to boot the Google logo then start up TWRP automatically. Now my phone boots the Google logo and occasionally gives the android system restore menu ( the one with a red triangle with an exclamation point in the middle. No OS and i can't flash any OS. Please help. I'm panicking.

Are you able to access TWRP?

Yes I'm able to access that and fastboot. I just sideloaded a Renovate rom and hoping it boots. As of now, its stuck at the logo but hoping it loads eventually. If not, are there any roms you recommend?
