On my Nexus 5, why am I not seeing the Lollipop Upgrade?

Nexus 5 not seeing the Lollipop Upgrade

Hi,
My Nexus 5 had the Notification that the latest Lollipop upgrade is available.
On the following day I tried to upgrade it and it say the phone has the latest version.
The Version i have is 4.4.4.
I'm unable to upgrade it to lollipop since i'm not getting the notification saying that there is a Upgrade available anymore (its no longer in the notification area).
Is there a fix for this?

I believe that some of the Nexus updates were pulled, due to some pretty nasty bugs. Be glad you can't update to what's available, and wait until they have an update with most of the bugs fixed. (No software will ever have all the bugs fixed - even after 12 years, Windows XP still has bugs.)
