On my Sony Z3, how do I remove the default mail footer?

in sony z3, how to remove the default mail footer...

each time i send a mail from z3, it adds a default footer - something like sent from my sony z3 smartphone.............

in officials mails this is not the footer i want to send, i want to sent a custom footer..

if u hv been able to modify it please share - how to do so

This still works for setting the gmail signature. I don't use the mail app, so I don't know if that portion of the advice still works.
