On my Verizon S5 and why is the latest update failing?

Verizon S5 and Latest Update Failing

Has anyone got this update? It starts on my phone, reboots, the progress bar goes about 1/4 way and goes to an error screen, reboots and says it failed.

Anyone have a fix?

I suggest that you forgo the OTA update, and use Kies 3.0 to update your phone from your desktop computer.

It is very easy and works like a champ.
