on power up my phone says "your device is corrupt. It cannot be trusted and will not boot"

[AC Question]

I try to boot it up and it goes back I have wiped all data and lastly tried booting it in safety mode. All fixes I have seen involve turning on the phone which I don't have the luxury of doing. The only thing I installed was an android update I don't remember which one my phone is an Lg G 5 by the way.
