On Samsung s7, how do i make google calendar default?

When I use Google Asst to vocally add an event to my calendar, It asks me to choose which calendar (google or samsung) to save it on. Regardless of my choice, it saves them to BOTH calendars. The issue is... I dont want to have to choose a calendar EVERY time i schedule something. Any help appreciated
