If you buy it at Best Buy they give you 30 days to return it in exchange for something else. They also give you 3 days to return it for a full refund and walk away. I had them price match one for me and one for my wife when I exchanged the his and hers S3s I picked up the day before Thanksgiving.

it's a no-brainer for me. This is the first phone (since my Treo 600 back in the day) that people just go ape over. I love it. Yes, it's huge but I've had no problem carrying it around nor using it for all my phone duties. It's been awesome on my first business trip with it; no briefcase at all. Phone, BT headset and retractable micro USB charger went with me in my suit pockets. Mac Book Air got left at home. Didn't even need the charger (day trip to Charlotte) but nice to have it regardless. Email, nav duties, music/video on plane, working with Evernote a little - handles it all with aplomb. Boss was very jealous - think he's going to dump his iPhone to get a GN2 off contract he liked it so much!

Not even a question... Best phone on Verizon... And will stay that way until the s4... And even then it still might be the best phone on Verizon.... Depending on what the s4 brings to the table.
