On the Note 10 Plus the supplied USB-c earbuds do not play nice with third party music players

[Android Central Question]

On the Note 10 Plus you can't skip songs backwards or forwards in third party music players with supplied usb -c earbuds.

For example: PI Music player doesn't support it, neither does Audify music player, the only one that does is the Samsung music player.

Any ideas?

I don't know about the usb-c headphones as I haven't even unwrapped them but it is no problem using Google play music via Bluetooth in my cage

Should have added that I can both skip song and skip to next album no problem
