The worst mistake I've make was getting rid of my iPhone 4S for this Verizon GN. I got the phone the day it was released noticed the crappy radio, rebooting and camera sucks. But I stuck with it because it's a nexus and I should be getting updates often. It's now may 5th and still not an update... Like I did with my DroidX and OD sit around and wait for update that never came. But that's the sad thing, Android users are always waiting and praying for updates... That's not a good thing people. This will be my last ever Android phone, I can't ever remember wait and praying for an iPhone update. This is freaking sad.

Four words: get lost, grow up

How often does an iphone get updated?? I almost think some people complain about the radios just because they hear other people blame the radios. Yeah, they're not great. But, they are not that inferior to where it makes your phone inoperable. You either like Android for the openness and ability to customize or you prefer the iphones for its straight forward out of the box dumbed down interface. Personally, I like tinkering around with my phone.
Don't whine cuz your an iphone fan and didn't realize it until you bought a Nexus. It sounds like the OP is just mad because he spent more money on a phone he didn't really need just months after he bought an iphone.

My DX was updated, once by Verizon and once by me.

You bought a phone on release day and immediately had issues, but you chose to hang onto it instead of returning it. That was your mistake. There is no way I would've kept a defective device past the return period.

If your miss the iPhone so much I'm sure there is a way for you to get it back.

As for the rest of us waiting: many of us didn't have problems to begin with and many with problems fixed them by updating themselves instead of waiting.

I personally would rather update my phone myself than use that tiny iPhone.

I'm just waiting for an update, and for the day my iphone friends stop saying "wow, what a screen". I wonder which happens first, lol

Sounds like you've made up your mind. Not much to discuss here in that case.
