one click root

I hate to ask a stupid question, I have the one click root for wifi hotspot, or tether, when ice cream sandwich comes out will I have to get rid of that?

No when you update it will erase root. And youll be unrooted until new root method is developed. Ik they have root keeper apps but idk if they work
