One device two accounts... Help.

I share my nexus 7 with my wife, and I have bought many games from Google play store, is it possible to share them with her account on dane device? That makes sense to me. One family, one purchase

You can sign in with your account on her device and simply go to the play store swipe from the left part of your screen to the right and click on my apps and click the option opposite of install and from there just download the apps you want

If I sign with my account to, download what I want and than remove that acc will the apps stay?

It may make sense to you but that is not how it works. You can install the app you buy to as many devices as you wish as long as they all use the same account.

If I sign with my account to, download what I want and than remove that acc will the apps stay?

They may stay, but they will never get updated or backed up.
