One M10 wishlist

Some things we actually sort of know:
Dual front speakers
Snapdragon 820
USB-C (pretty likely)


Things that would be nice:
Wireless charging
IP56 or better
AMOLED screen
FHD or QHD, no higher
Hardware nav buttons that can be disabled

Personally I'd like around a 5.5 inch screen. I used to think 5.2 was the sweet spot, but I'm enjoying my Nexus 6 screen a bit too much, just wish it was a touch smaller.

I'd take everything they did with the A9 and just have it have Boom Sound speakers, USB Type-C and a larger battery. Keep the 15 day update cycle and that would be a winner in my book.

Currently I have the M8 and I still love it. So for the M10 I'd love to see a QHD display, an 820 Snapdragon Processor, Dual Speakers, at least a 3200 battery, 5.2" screen, aluminium body, fast charging.

Better battery life, much better camera. I have the M8 right now, and unless HTC puts a better camera on the M10 I will be looking for something else.

Please don't make it bigger than my M8. That's already at the limit of how big a phone i'll get.
I like the phones with nice specs (newest processor, most RAM, etc), but I don't want the new 6inch+ ones.

5.1" 1080p LCD3 screen (no, not AMOLED, too saturated for me)
3,000mAh+ battery
12mp 2.0µm f1.7 rear camera with OIS
32gb base storage with micro SD slot
Dual front facing speakers (don't get rid of them!)
Fingerprint scanner (on the back)
USB Type C with fast charging
Android 6.0.1 with Sense 8.0 (hopefully stripped back a little so it's more like stock Android)

I'd be extremely happy with a device like that.

Similar size of the M9. Maybe slightly bigger screen if they can keep the frame size.

Louder boomsound speakers

Better LCD panel. 1080p is fine just get the best panel they can get.

Ultrapixel 12mp rear camera with OIS

Keep the front shooter of m9

Fingerprint scanner

Keep Microsd card slot

Significantly better battery life

Slimmer bezels

Keep the IR blaster

Sense 8 with more android marshmallow elements

Quick charge (include the charger with the phone!)

Unless they can get Samsung quality amoled displays then stick with LCD. I just think it looks better for some reason.

love the list, especially f1.7 on the camera and USB-C. I'd love to see Force Touch but I don't think Android will see it until later in 2016.

Two main things that everybody associates with HTC is great speedy sense skin and stereo speakers if they neglect the stereo speakers for the sake of fingerprint reader they gonna have problems....I was gonna get LG V10 because I heard it is currently the audiophile smartphone king, but can't get it as its not released in Canada... HTC has to flex it's muscles to reclaim that audiophile crown!
