ONE PLUS ACE 2, 3, up to 6 now.... what are these phones ?

Hi,
I am the owner of a ONEPLUS ACE 2 PRO working fine except wit Android auto, i have posted on that in the Android Auto section.

But my question is to try to understand what is this ACE serie in the Oneplus list of phones ?
In this forum there no specific section for this phone.
Nobody seems to have posted about it in the past.
All this looks quite strange to me.
And when i look in the Oneplus catalog now i see that they sell the ACE 5 and very soon the ACE 6, always with very low prices regarding performances and quality which are at the top for each model.
But they seem distributed only in China with some selling worldwide as i can see some discussion in Reddit for example, so i am wondering what is this serie of phone ? What is the target ? Is it really sold out of China ? Is it really fully compatible for all Android functions in every countries ?

It is for the Chinese market. You'd need to visit the XDA Developers forums for more information about how to flash a Western ROM on the device, or you'd need to get a new phone that isn't only for China.

Ok, agreed, i posted there to ask for help, waiting feedback.
But if the flashing is ok, is the phone then working fully like an original one ? Or are they still some potential issues ?

I can't say for sure. I've never used a phone made for the Chinese market, and the last time I did anything involving rooting and custom ROM was back in 2013.
