I just want to know is there one site that I can got to find most if not all the popular roms?

Xda developers

Ok. to clear it up. Xda is a great site. Not having to siff through numerious pages, I was hoping to go to one page. It will be great if they had links to downloads and reviews. Especially from my fellow AC and XDA members.

also, remember to use RomManager from the marketplace---you can browse Themes/Roms from the app and download without having to visit a website.
but the viewable amount will be limited

True, but RomManager only work if you are using ClockWork recovery. If you have Amon_RA recovery installed, RomManager is fairly useless. I used ClockWork a few times and got bad results, so I am back on Amon_RA and have no issues loading ROMs the good 'ol fashion way! ;) Plus, you only get a few of the ROM options with the free RomManager. If you want the full list you gotta pay.

Ya I had catastrophic results with clockwork recover it jammed my phone up and I could actually wipe anything it said it was but it didn't so I had only one option and it was to push amon RA and I also like to see what's going on the old fashion was for some is just better :-)

The other recovery. Is this something I can get through Rom manager?

You can or used to be able to download a alternate recovery which was amon RA recovery 2.2.1 but haven't used clockwork in a little but its on that xda page I posted and it will be on the first or second page of it and you'll just download the file and put it onto the root of the sdcard then go into hboot mode by hitting the power button and the volume down button and it will search for the file and you just hit the up volume to upgrade
