Got it too this morning (UK Plus 5G version on Ireland Vodafone)
Must have been a fair whopper of an update, I can't remember it taking that long to download and also to install since the custom Rom days, phone got quite warm as well as battery taking a hit during installation.
Did it change the finger print unlock animation or have I just never paid attention to it before?

Don't think so.
There are lots of things added to camera, AR zone etc and the message wallpaper it would be good to be able to change the text bubbles also though.
