One UI 2.5 release date?

Anyone know when the tab s6 will receive it? Really wanting to use the back gestures etc. with Nova launcher. Just got the update on my s20+ and it works great!

Haven't heard about 2.5, but go and download Good Lock from the Galaxy Store. Then look in the Family tab and download One Hand Operation+. This app allows you to set a Left Handle and/or Right Handle and make it a swipe for back gestures. Works really well with Nova to recreate the back. Doesn't give you the full Android gestures, but at least in conjunction with the Samsung swipe gestures, it is closer.

We're still on the May security patch and it's almost Sept. If they don't care enough to keep us up to date on security, I have low hope for the new UI anytime soon.

Yeh I'm not too optimistic. It's really annoying from a company like Samsung that promotes how well all of their products work together.....and yet I have to use my phone and tablet differently.

Probably will be available in another month or two here in the US. Since I bought the Tab S6 back in December of last year, there has only been 2 updates and both updates had security patch that were already 1-2 months old. Samsung support for the tab S6 has been pretty pathetic thus far.

I have been checking twice a day in hoping that I can trigger the One UI 2.5 update at no success yet bummers . I hope more us get lucky soon. I really like my Tab 6 , I battled with myself if I should or not upgrade but I decided to stick with this model till Tab8. specs will be hopefully better option with screen quality with 11 inch models!!

Even though I am using stock OneUI I actually use this gesture for my back using one hand operation+
