One UI 6.0, Android 14 rolling out

Samsung have begun the roll-out of the stable Android 14, One UI 6.0 release. First to receive it are the international devices, G9**B.

It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you can check... Settings > Software update... to see if it is available for you. Alternatively, you can connect to the Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch and check via that.

I have not found any obvious issues in the last 3 days on it apart from 2 third party apps from the Play Store that had not been updated by their developers for Android 14. I have informed their dev's and will wait for an update.

One thing for sure Samsung got better with releasing the Next Android version faster and before the end of the year even with previous flagships

Yep they've got a lot of phones to cover, but they've still really stepped up their game

Makes me not mind paying their prices as much now... more value for the money, timely updates and longer support
